At Valtrova, we understand that your pets are waiting for their essentials. We are committed to delivering our curated pet supplies—from interactive toys to ergonomic bedding—efficiently and securely from our Englewood, CO facility to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Quality Check: Before dispatch, every item undergoes a final safety and quality inspection at our Birch St hub to ensure it is free from defects.

  • Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer tiered shipping options across the United States to best serve our community of pet parents. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our Colorado facility. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your pet's package journey directly through our carrier's portal.

4. Durable & Secure Packaging

To protect your investment and ensure the safety of items like grooming tools or specialized feeders, Valtrova uses reinforced, eco-friendly packaging materials. We take extra care to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition, ready for immediate use by your pets.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Valtrova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

While we strive for perfection, Valtrova is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
