At Valtrova, we care deeply about the safety and happiness of your pets. To maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure the well-being of all our furry customers, we have established the following return guidelines for our premium pet essentials.

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your pet supplies must be:

  • Brand New & Unused: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Hygiene Standard: Products must be free of pet hair, dander, odors, or any signs of use.

  • Intact Tags: All original labels and safety seals must be attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For the health and safety of our community's pets, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Used Pet Beds & Blankets: Items showing any signs of pet contact or hair.

  • Chew Toys & Ropes: Once removed from packaging, these are Final Sale due to sanitary reasons.

  • Grooming Tools: Brushes and clippers that have been removed from their protective seals.

  • Personalized Items: Any custom-engraved tags or bespoke pet accessories.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Every order is inspected at our Englewood, CO facility before dispatch. If you receive a defective item (e.g., a broken buckle or sewing flaw), please contact us at support@valtrova.shop within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Note: Damage caused by pet chewing, scratching, or improper play is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not eligible for refund.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to high-volume items (such as large pet beds or multi-unit crates) to cover professional sanitation and re-inspection protocols at our Birch St hub.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected in Colorado, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
